The services offered are one-to-one inner development consultations. These are intended for personal exploration and inner growth. They do not constitute psychotherapy, medical treatment, or any form of regulated healthcare service. No diagnosis or treatment of mental health conditions is provided.
By engaging with these services, you confirm that you are over the age of 18 and are voluntarily entering into this process.
You are responsible for your own wellbeing, decisions, and actions throughout the course of the work. You agree to provide honest and accurate information in the initial questionnaire and during sessions.
All personal information shared during the intake process and sessions is treated as confidential and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Exceptions to confidentiality apply only if required by law or if there is risk of harm to yourself or others.
Consultation sessions are booked by mutual agreement. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged for the session.
Fees are communicated prior to booking and must be paid in full before or on the day of the session. Payment methods and terms will be agreed individually.
All written materials, tools, and processes shared during the sessions remain the intellectual property of the provider and may not be reproduced or distributed without written consent.
While every effort is made to provide a safe and respectful experience, we are not liable for any decisions, actions, or outcomes that result from your participation in the consultation process. You understand that this is not a substitute for professional mental health or medical advice.
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
