THAUMA (Inspiration)
Thauma turns intelligence on.
It carries a distinctive quality of love for what is real—not as an idea, but as a lived demand to know what is true. From this, inquiry arises naturally: a movement to discover what one actually is, beyond distortion or belief.
When it ignites, attention is pulled out of autopilot and toward what is actually happening in experience. Assumptions, habits, and inherited interpretations begin to lose authority, and reality is met more directly.
Awareness (Clarity)
Awareness is what makes knowing possible. It makes every thought, emotion, and sensation experienceable .
It is usually overlooked on its own because it is too immediate and too obvious.
When recognised, there is a natural shift. Experience can be seen without being completely absorbed into it. Thoughts and feelings still arise, but they are met with a degree of clarity and space, rather than total identification.
Presence (Grounding)
Presence is the immediate sense of “I am here,” not as a thought, but as a lived, bodily reality, as our fabric.
Over time, it can become stabilised in us so that life is no longer lived only through thoughts and reactions, but from this deep groundedness.
It brings confidence, steadiness, and a natural sense of being properly here in one’s life and in the world.
